TOEFL registration is handled by individual test centers except
for Beijing where a central processing agent called China
Education Service (CES) appointed by CIECB is providing
registration service for 14 TOEFL test centers in Beijing. |

If you are trying to register and take TOEFL outside Beijing,
please contact a center of your choice for detailed procedure.

To register and take TOEFL in
Beijing ,
a candidate holding Chinese Identity Card must make phone calls
or visit a website to make reservations and then pay test fees
at Beijing Commercial Bank offices. A detailed procedure is
provided on this website in Chinese only. Because this system
requires Chinese Identity Card number for processing and could
not accept passport numbers, candidates who are not Chinese
national wishing to register and take TOEFL/TSE in Beijing must
contact and come to register in person at China Education
Service TOEFL Registration Office (English service is available)
at : 1st floor, East Wing,
Oriental Plaza, #8-16, Dong Dan San Tiao,
Beijing, 100005, tel: 010-65257500.

Please bear in mind that test center capacity fills up fairly
fast, make your plans as early as possible. |
